Position Tasks & Activities:
Communicate effectively with Kent’s team and customers.
Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to inspect and safely operate company trucks/trailers.
Assist with pulling, loading, assembling, operating, and disassembling equipment and returning it properly to inventory.
Accurately pick, pull, load and unload orders.
Assist with inventory and maintenance of inventory and equipment.• Must have the ability to follow instructions and become proficient at multiple styles of tents.• Once trained, must be able to communicate instructions to less experienced employees.
Working Conditions:
Most of the work is performed outdoors in various weather conditions. We have a lot of fun while working in a fast-paced and demanding atmosphere.
Education, Skills & Requirements:
Must be able to work long hours when necessary to get the job completed.
Must have valid driver’s license.
Must be able to lift 70lbs consistently and safely.
Must have full range of motion and dexterity.
Must be able to read, understand and complete instructions.
Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
Must maintain a professional personal appearance.
Must be able to use mathematics to solve problems.
Must be able to read, speak English clearly, and write legibly (bilingual Spanish is a plus).
Must be reliable and have own transportation.
Maintain a cooperative working relationship with our team.
Must be able to maintain a high degree of patience and handle stress well.
