Aside from hard work and determination, we’re looking for someone who is outgoing, friendly and always willing to help out wherever they are needed. Our Crew Members must be comfortable working under pressure and enjoy interacting with people in a friendly and professional manner. Previous experience in a customer service position and good knowledge of how cash registers operate is preferred. You should also be available to take Friday, Saturday and Sunday evening shifts occasionally. Crew Members split all tips accrued during shifts worked. Responsibilities Decorate and Package cookies Welcome and greet customers Be able to effectively communicate with co-workers and customers Be able to carry on a conversation with the customer and provide them with assistance at all times, even during rush hours Display a positive attitude at all times Possess outstanding customer service skills Be a team player Honors and encourages others to follow the visions and values of Dirty Dough Ability to multitask quickly, yet thoroughly Have the ability to lift and carry 10-30 lbs Adhere to all safety policies and procedures Have food handlers permit or willing to get one Have the ability to communicate effectively in English Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Be at least 17 years of age Applicants will also be expected to be able to work on their feet for 4+ hour shifts at a time. Prior experience is preferred, but not necessary.
