Deli Line/ Sandwich Maker Kinkas Bakery Cafe’ Lutz, FL 33559 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast/Sandwich Maker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing various sandwiches and ensuring that all food safety and quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service and a commitment to providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Job description Preparing all breakfast, sandwiches lunch, ingredients, which includes washing, cutting, slicing, chopping, and grating ingredients according to our guidelines Take orders for delivery or take out at our restaurant, prepare sandwiches, prepare and cook empanadas, etc Neatly wrapping customers’ sandwiches Assumes responsibility for the quality of products prepared and served. Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products at line stations to ensure a smooth service period. Maintains a clean and sanitary workstation area including all cooking and refrigeration equipment. Follows proper presentation and garnish setup for all dishes. Assists others in closing the kitchen. Assists in routine kitchen cleaning and maintenance. Performs other duties as assigned by the Kitchen Manager or Manager-on-duty.
