Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with established recipes and portion control guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas
• Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients
• Follow proper food safety procedures to ensure safe handling and storage of food
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing any questions or concerns
• Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
• Set up and break down dining areas before and after meal service
• Assist with catering events, including setting up tables, serving food, and cleaning up afterwards
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the food service area

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects as needed
