In this entry-level role, the Team Member Trainee will use their natural enthusiasm to support the on-site sales and marketing team with all duties involved in promoting products and services.

Responsibilities:

Maintain communication with potential or existing customers. Gain knowledge of the products or services they’re selling. Be able to explain the features, benefits of product offerings to customers. Match customers with the right products or services. Present and demonstrate products or services to customers to effectively fulfill their needs. Follow up with customers after initial interaction to ensure satisfaction and uncover further sales opportunities. Participate in training sessions to build sales skills and product knowledge.

Requirements:

High School Diploma preferred. Internship experience and past entry-level experience will be considered as working experience.
