The Opener will play a crucial role in ensuring that our operations run smoothly at the start of each day. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive atmosphere for both staff and customers. Duties Prepare the workspace by setting up equipment and ensuring all necessary supplies are available. Open the facility on time, ensuring all safety and operational protocols are followed. Conduct routine checks of equipment and systems to ensure they are functioning properly. Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients and addressing any immediate needs or concerns. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless transition into daily operations. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area throughout the shift. Assist in training new staff members on opening procedures and safety protocols. Qualifications Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Must be able to lift moderate weights and stand for extended periods. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks as needed.
