Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly. Assist with food preparation, ensuring all items are prepared according to health and safety standards. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, including processing transactions and handling cash accurately. Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness in the café area, including bussing tables and cleaning surfaces regularly. Follow food handling guidelines to ensure the safety and quality of all food products served. Experience Previous experience in the food industry or food service is preferred but not required. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
