As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service, ensuring food safety, and maintaining a clean and efficient work environment. You will be responsible for preparing food items, taking orders, and assisting customers while working collaboratively with your team to deliver an exceptional dining experience. Responsibilities Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and food safety standards. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling practices. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including dining spaces and kitchen equipment. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Provide friendly and helpful customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly. Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Skills Knowledge of food safety practices is essential for maintaining high standards in food preparation. Previous experience in food service is preferred but not required. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while ensuring quality service. .
