As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, assisting with food preparation, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a team-oriented setting and have a passion for the food service industry. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders, ensuring a positive dining experience. Operate the Aloha POS system efficiently to process transactions accurately. Prepare food items according to café standards, maintaining quality and presentation. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout the café. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Help maintain inventory levels and assist with stock management as needed. Experience Previous experience in food service or café environments is preferred but not required. Familiarity with POS systems, is a plus. Strong math skills for handling transactions and cash management. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for interacting with customers and team members alike.

• Must be able to tolerate working in refrigerated/freezer spaces.
