The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. This role is essential for ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of our projects. Candidates with or mechanical knowledge will find this position particularly rewarding. Duties Operate and manage various equipment as needed for daily tasks. Supporting and helping passenger board, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations. Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Troubleshoot customer concerns if they arise, applying knowledge of solutions to continue normal operation. Assist in training new crew members on best practices and operational procedures. Qualifications Previous experience in a crew member or similar role is preferred but not required. BiLingual English and SPanish is a must on the boat. Military background or mechanical knowledge is a plus. Strong ability to manage tasks independently while also working well within a team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required by the job.
