Responsibilities Responsibilities:
Greet and serve customers with warmth, accuracy, and efficiency Manage front-of-house flow during busy hours with a calm and upbeat attitude Take orders, process payments, and communicate clearly with the kitchen Help us create a consistent, memorable guest experience Represent the brand with professionalism and personality Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including dining spaces and waiting areas. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.
Requirements:
Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry Bilingual (English + Spanish •preferred) Strong communication and multitasking skills Detail-oriented with high standards for cleanliness and service Must be available to work weekends (Friday-Sunday)
