Position Overview:
As a Runner, you play a key role in shaping the guest experience. Your appearance, behavior, and interactions leave a lasting impression on our guests. Always remember, your visibility to guests is constant, and the impression you create sets the tone for their entire dining experience.
Work Schedule:
This role requires availability on weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities:
Work with kitchen staff to ensure food orders are delivered promptly to the correct tables. Confirm accuracy and presentation of food orders before serving guests. Communicate special requests or modifications to the kitchen team. Assist servers and bussers with clearing and resetting tables as needed. Keep your workstation clean and organized. Provide friendly and efficient service, answering guest questions about the menu or restaurant. Complete daily side work as assigned by management.
Physical Requirements:
Occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds, and frequently handle up to 10 pounds. With accommodations if needed, stand and move continuously for at least 6 hours.
