Donut NV Emerald Coast is looking for crew members to help their mobile donut trailers and Boardwalk locations and someone who is eager to grow with the company. We are looking for a crew member who is growth-minded and looking to help develop and grow this exciting new business. Our company’s mission is to develop community by bringing people together and we can’t wait to spread joy in our community with this new concept! We’re bringing the party to our clients and are looking for a person who embodies the company’s mission. This position may require the ability to drive a truck with a trailer to events around the Emerald Coast. If you have excellent organizational and team member skills, we’d like to meet you! Ultimately, you will help us create a memorable experience for our clients and spread joy in our community through donuts. Due to the nature of this business, event times may include various day times and days of the week. The ideal applicant will have flexibility in working various event times and days of the week and be interested in scaling the business with us! Responsibilities  Work/staff events, including corporate and vending events  Pick up/drop off trailer from storage location  Set up/Break down events  Market events to gain new clients  Manage event bookings  Arrange staff to cover events  Help staff resolve on-the-job challenges  Track daily costs and revenues  Balance the cash register at the end of the shift  Ensure client satisfaction  Ensuring compliance with required safety regulations  Maintain a fully stocked inventory and notify owners when supplies need to be ordered  Report maintenance and training needs Requirements  Valid driver’s license  Experience and comfort in towing and parking trailers  Availability to work different shifts, including evenings and weekends  A customer service approach with the ability to manage complaints professionally  Excellent organizational skills  Team management abilities Preferred  Experience as a Shift Manager or similar role in the food industry  Food handler certification is a plus Job Type  Full-Time or part time  20 – 40 hours/week Compensation  $15 (+tips) Tips usually range about $15- $20 per hour.
