Extremely disciplined , mature , and reliable Comfortable waking up early (morning shifts) Works well in a structured, repetitive kitchen environment Maintains high standards of cleanliness and efficiency Can handle a fast-paced breakfast rush Has prior cooking experience with restaurants or fine dining environment Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques is essential.
