This is an Hourly Full-Time role and will report to the Proprietor of the Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. What You Will Do You will partner with other departments to resolve dining issues, plan special celebrations, facilitate large party reservations and notate dietary needs. Make and confirm dining reservations adhering to AAA Five-Diamond, Forbes Five-Star, and Michelin Travel Guide etiquette and service. Work with A la Carte, Avail SE, Guest Service Suite, and Lilo Connect with guests and other cast to resolve reservations issues, dietary needs and booking large parties. Work with other Cast Members, convention services, disability offices, Very Important People (VIP) offices and Management, using Microsoft programs daily Complete general office tasks daily Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and/or projects simultaneously Consistent track record working well in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines Demonstrated ability to manage conflict/resolution Required Qualifications & Skills Proficiency using a computer and computer programs like Microsoft Suites (Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, etc.), and learn new software applications Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of A La carte, Avail SE, Guest Service Suite, Lilo, and OneNote Ability to lift 10 lbs.
