Starting Pay:

$13 per hour + tips

PM Responsibilities:

Operate the POS system and handle phone calls professionally Keep display cases fully stocked with cupcakes, ice cream, and other desserts Maintain a clean and inviting seating area Accurately take and prepare customer orders Serve guests a variety of treats including cupcakes, ice cream, milkshakes, and cake shakes Package and label items for self-service displays Cross-train to assist bakers with kitchen tasks as needed Ensure a high standard of cleanliness and organization at all times Complete daily and weekly cleaning checklists alongside the team Please note: Duties may be added or modified at the company’s discretion.

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation Must be available to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) 1 year customer service experience, preferred. Strong multitasking abilities and adaptability Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively within a team environment
