Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the restaurant, hospitality, catering, and foodservice sectors. Build and maintain long-term relationships with restaurant owners, chefs, purchasing managers, and distributors. Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding individual sales targets. Account Management & Customer Success Manage a growing book of business with a focus on client satisfaction and retention. Recommend tailored product solutions and pricing strategies to meet customer needs. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and issue resolution. Technology & Data-Driven Sales Use CRM tools and sales analytics to identify opportunities, manage pipelines, and inform outreach. Deliver virtual product demos and presentations using digital tools to expand reach and enhance engagement. Industry Expertise & Market Insight Stay informed on foodservice trends, customer pain points, and sustainability initiatives. Represent Restaurantware at trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events as needed.
