Team Member Responsibilities:

Generate sales and serve guests, providing the world-class guest service for which Carousel’s is known for Engage guests walking by the store and hand out samples of our one-of-a-kind soft serve ice Entice people to stop, try the sample, and purchase the product Be a purpose driven brand ambassador who not only embodies the spirit of the brand, but actively works to create and maintain the brand culture Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy store environment by following sanitation standards and procedures; complying with health and legal regulations Stock supplies and be prepare for guests All other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Essential Skills:

Provide consistent, world class service to every single guest Ability to be trained on operational systems and equipment maintenance Excellent verbal and written communication skills Once trained, able to execute all appropriate and necessary software and communication vehicles

Qualifications and Requirements:

Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends, and some holidays Work at either the store or at events with our food truck Be familiar with (and be able to articulate to customers) what distinguishes Carousel’s Soft Serve Ice from other frozen desserts, and be able to articulate that to the 500th customer with the same care and presence as the 1st customer Have the ability to lift and carry 50 lbs on a regular basis Have the ability to stand for long periods of time Be reliable, on time, and motivated to create memorable guest experiences during every shift Preparing the truck for events – loading inventory and supplies. Cleaning the truck after an event. All other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Salary/Hourly Rate:

Starting at $15.00 an hour plus gratuity
