Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and personable Crêpe Maker to prepare high-quality sweet and savory crêpes at live events. This role requires someone who can perform under pressure, uphold food safety standards, and maintain a clean, engaging presence in front of clients and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook crêpes to order on commercial crêpe griddles Manage mise en place, toppings, and inventory at the crêpe station Maintain a professional and engaging demeanor during service Follow Express Kafeh’s service style and presentation guidelines Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and equipment care at all times
Requirements:
Prior experience as a crêpe maker Strong food handling and safety knowledge (ServSafe preferred) Clean, polished appearance with excellent hygiene Comfortable engaging with guests and working in fast-paced environments Punctual, detail-oriented, and respectful of team structure Must be able to stand for long periods
Compensation:
Competitive per-event pay based on experience. Travel and accommodations covered for out-of-town events.
