FOH Team Member Rocket Cafe 7030 Charleston Shores Boulevard, Lake Worth, FL 33467 Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensuring their experience is exceptional. The ideal candidates will possess strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service, making them the face of our establishment. Duties Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Manage seating arrangements efficiently to optimize guest flow. Operate SKYTAB system to process orders accurately, including cash register operations. Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions regarding food and beverage offerings. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest concerns promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including dining spaces and entryways, dishes and trash. Support sales initiatives by promoting specials or events to enhance guest experience. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant Familiarity with Skytab POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Strong basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed. Team-oriented mindset with the ability to help colleagues during busy periods. A proactive approach to problem-solving and handling guest inquiries. We are a small family-owned restaurant, looking to ensure personable and friendly experiences for all our guests. Collaboration and teamwork are required from all staff members including management to run a successful shift!
