As a family-run food truck, we’re passionate about delivering bold, delicious dishes and exceptional service to every customer. We Are Looking For A friendly, reliable, and hardworking individual to join our team as a Food Truck Team Member at our location in Tanger Outlets of West Palm Beach, FL. No prior experience is required. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, works well with others, and is dedicated to creating great customer experiences. What You’ll Do Bake and finish pre-prepared items such as empanadas, choripanes, and hot dogs, ensuring they’re fresh and ready to serve. Prepare silkshakes by following established recipes and maintaining consistent quality. Serve ice cream from the machine into cones or cups according to the menu. Prepare and serve coffee using a pod machine, adding sugar or cream if requested. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Handle customer transactions using a point-of-sale system (Clover). Maintain a clean and organized food truck environment. Restock supplies as needed and assist with inventory checks. Provide friendly and efficient service to all customers. Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment . Attention to detail and adherence to cleanliness standards. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends . Reliable, responsible, and team-oriented. Nice to Have Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish . Prior experience in food service or customer-facing roles. Compensation $13 per hour plus daily tips.
