Team Member DIY Frozen Yogurt Boynton Beach, FL 33435 Job Summary We’re looking for a friendly and energetic froyo Team Member to join our team! You’ll be the face of the brand —serving up happy and healthy, chatting with customers and keeping the shop sparkling and smooth-running.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service Prepare shakes, smoothies and other treats with care Work independently and be on your feet for extended periods of time Knowledge of sports nutrition and supplements a plus, or willingness to learn Operate POS system and handle cash/card transactions accurately Maintain a clean and organized work area (including restocking, wiping surfaces, and minor dishwashing) Follow food safety and sanitation procedures Work as part of a team to ensure a fun and efficient environment Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with their selections and ensuring satisfaction.
