Key Objectives & Responsibilities:
Be a
Brand Ambassador:
Represent the AquaSonic brand by showing responsibility, friendliness, purpose, passion, and honesty.
Sell Memberships:
Talk to customers about membership options and help them understand the benefits.
Load Cars:
Safely guide vehicles onto the conveyor and help customers through the process with a smile.
Manage Memberships:
Handle new sign-ups, renewals, and cancellations accurately. Keep records organized and secure.
Deliver Great Service:
Answer questions, solve problems, and make sure every customer leaves happy.
Clean and Maintain:
Keep the wash site clean and neat. This includes tasks like sweeping, wiping surfaces, and taking out trash.
Run Equipment:
Use car wash machines safely and follow all procedures. Check equipment regularly and perform minor upkeep. Help with
Promotions:
Join in on special promotions, hand out flyers, and talk to customers to help grow our membership.
Person Spec & Key Competencies:
Excellent customer service skills Dependable, motivated, and available to work weekends Hardworking, energetic, and positive Strong communication and people skills Team player who works well with others Open to learning and feedback Sales experience is a plus Enjoys working outside and has reliable transportation Able to stand, bend, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds
