Our Team Members:

Have a friendly and welcoming personality Enjoy working in hospitality and ensuring our guests have a positive experience Believe in maintaining a clean station and maintaining food safety and quality standards Exhibit up-selling techniques Duties Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed. Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system. Maintain knowledge of store products and promotions to assist customers effectively. Create handcrafted coffees, espressos, blended gelato drinks and more. Ensure the entire store area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Collaborate with team members to support store operations and enhance customer satisfaction. Opening & closing duties, maintain clean stations.
