• The Manager, Team Member Relations is responsible for:
• + The coordination of human resources functions including employment, team member relations, team member services, reward and recognition, regulatory compliance, team member communication and overall operation of the Team Resources Department.

+ Serve as a dedicated HR partner for Physician Residents and Core Faculty, guiding them through HR policies, compliance requirements, and employment matters. + Manage the Resident Remediation process, ensuring appropriate support and adherence to regulations.

• Minimum Qualifications:
