Responsibilities and Duties:

Customer Service:

Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service to all customers. Greet and serve customers, making treats according to company standards.

Operational Duties:

Follow the Opening & Closing Checklist and Daily Procedures Checklist. Handle cash transactions accurately.

Store Maintenance:

Clean and maintain the store’s appearance throughout the shift. Ensure the store is presentable and welcoming at all times.

Event Participation:

Assist with catering and mobile events as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

Must be 18 years or older. Passion for delivering excellent customer service. Reliable transportation to and from work. Positive team player attitude. Able to work a minimum of 3 days a week, with a flexible schedule.
