Team Member Moe’s Southwest Grill 2087 Collier Parkway, Land O’ Lakes, FL 34639 Job Summary We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join Moe’s Southwest Grill in Land O’ Lakes . As a Team Member , you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, assisting with food preparation, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your ability to work collaboratively with others and maintain a positive attitude will contribute to the overall success of our team. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly. Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, including Revel POS, to process transactions accurately. Assist in food preparation and ensure that all food items meet quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of Moe’s Southwest Grill. , including bussing tables and restocking supplies as needed. Engage with customers to promote menu items and upsell products effectively. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Handle cash and perform basic math calculations for transactions. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or sales is preferred but not required. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Revel POS, is a plus. Strong math skills for handling transactions accurately. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with customers. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Willingness to help team members and contribute positively to the café culture. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate clearly, move, and remain in a stationary position. The employee must occasionally transport and/or move up to 50 pounds. The employee must regularly be able to detect, perceive, identify, recognize, judge, inspect, estimate, observe, and assess items, information, and objects in an office or remote office setting; or restaurant environment.
