Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of flaggers on job sites
- Set up and maintain temporary traffic control (TTC) in accordance with MUTCD, state, and company standards
- Ensure crew safety and compliance with all protocols
- Communicate effectively with clients, law enforcement, and company leadership
- Conduct pre-job safety briefings and complete field reports

Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in traffic control
- ATSSA Flagger and TCT certifications preferred
