Responsibilities of Kitchen Breakfast cook:
Able to come in at very early hours to prepare breakfast for guests punctual and reliable Always practices and maintains safe food service procedures. Great Customer Service for all restaurant guests. Speaks honestly and always acts with integrity. Effectively communicates procedures, promotions, and new products to employees. Practices safety procedures and proper use of restaurant equipment, knife handling and grease disposal. Makes certain employees have the tools and items necessary to perform their jobs. Compliance to company standards, systems, procedures, and policies. Prepare daily prep lists Requirements to be a Breakfast cook: 3+ years of Food Service, Restaurant or Cook experience Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift to 50 pounds.
