Key Responsibilities:
Set up and prep supplies for each session (canvas, tools, balloons) Mix and refill paint bottles with accuracy and speed Fully reset splatter rooms between sessions Keep stockrooms clean and organized Restock gear, merch, and protective equipment Help manage trash, laundry, and breakables (rage room prep) Whatever it takes — paint mixed, floors mopped, bottles refilled
Requirements:
Detail-oriented and quick-moving Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and work on your feet Team player with strong time awareness Weekend availability required
Compensation:
$12/hr training base + tips Tip eligible post-training 90-day performance review with raise potential
