Bobarista Roll With Me Alpharetta, GA 30004 Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Bobarista to join our team. As a Bobarista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious bubble tea and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Your role will involve preparing drinks, managing the point of sale system, and ensuring that our customers have a memorable experience with every visit. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of bubble tea beverages according to established recipes. Operate the point of sale (POS) system efficiently to process customer transactions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food preparation stations and equipment. Assist customers with their orders, providing recommendations and answering questions about menu items. Manage inventory levels by restocking supplies as needed and reporting any shortages to management. Ensure compliance with food safety and handling procedures at all times. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere and enhance their overall experience. Requirements Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing inventory. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a busy environment. Previous experience in food service or retail is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of food handling practices is essential for maintaining safety standards. Experience with food preparation techniques is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems or retail math is beneficial for processing sales accurately.
