In this role, you will be responsible for preparing delicious sandwiches and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in maintaining the quality and presentation of our menu items while adhering to food safety standards. Responsibilities Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to customer specifications and company recipes. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment. Ensure all food items are fresh, properly stored, and rotated according to safety guidelines. Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including slicers, grills, and ovens. Provide excellent customer service by taking orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Assist with inventory management, including tracking supplies and notifying management of shortages. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during peak hours. Experience Previous experience in a culinary or food service role is preferred but not required; quick service fast food restaurant experience is a plus. Familiarity with basic math skills for handling cash transactions and understanding retail math concepts. Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is beneficial.
