Full Job Description Front of House Team Member Duties:

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Assist with bussing and cleaning tables to maintain a clean and organized dining area
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
• Follow all sanitation and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment

Experience:

• Basic math skills to handle cash transactions and calculate bills accurately
• Knowledge of retail math principles for inventory management and cash handling
• Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant or retail environment is preferred
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with coworkers
