- Must have a working knowledge of catering best practices.
- Experience in food & beverage is helpful.
- A high level of attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to use email and various apps that helps make the job easier.
- Replies timely to all email/phone communication.
- Enjoys meeting new people and hosting events.
- Enjoys decorating and staging event production.
- Ability to budget, shop for materials, and maintain proper use of company credit card.
- Must be a team player and willing to work in a team setting.
