Back of House, Preparation of all treats and ice cream Responsibilities Provide friendly and efficient service to all customers. Take customer orders accurately and process payments using the POS system. Prepare and serve food items according to company standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and dining space. Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. Requirements Previous experience in a fast food or quick service restaurant is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Team player with good communication skills.
