Responsibilities Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including food preparation areas. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring compliance with health regulations. Take customer orders accurately using the Aloha POS system or cash register. Provide friendly and efficient service to customers, addressing any inquiries or concerns. Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean working environment. Qualifications Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change. Strong culinary skills with an understanding of food preparation techniques. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
