To-go Specialist Traditions Golf & Country Club 196 Traditions Way, Jefferson, GA 30549 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and friendly To-go Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services and ensuring that all to-go orders are processed accurately and efficiently. You will play a crucial part in enhancing the dining experience for our guests who prefer to enjoy their meals off-site. Duties Greet guests warmly and assist them with their to-go orders, ensuring a positive dining experience. Accurately input orders into the POS system, including Aloha POS, while maintaining attention to detail. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders. Handle phone calls with professionalism, providing information about menu items and answering any guest inquiries. Package food items securely for takeout, ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the to-go area, adhering to health and safety regulations. Assist with guest relations by addressing any concerns or feedback in a courteous manner. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Skills Strong guest services skills with a focus on enhancing the customer experience. Proficient in using POS systems, particularly Aloha POS is preferred but not required. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette. Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is highly desirable. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in order processing and packaging.
