As a Sod Install Crew Member, you will be involved in various tasks such as preparing, installing, and maintaining sod, ensuring our clients’ properties are well-kept and visually appealing. Responsibilities Collaborate with team members to prepare, maintain, and install sod efficiently and effectively. Enhance properties by performing tasks such as debris removal, digging, leaf blowing, material transportation, mulching, planting, raking, soiling, trash removal, and watering. Maintain cleanliness and functionality of company equipment and vehicles. Operate work tools and equipment safely and responsibly. Report any work-related issues, including equipment malfunctions, promptly to the Crew Leader or Account Manager. Engage with clients and the public courteously and professionally. Assist with other crews and perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications No prior experience necessary; comprehensive training provided. Previous experience in labor-intensive roles and working in various weather conditions is preferred. Ability to ensure the safety and well-being of team members during projects. Strong listening skills with the ability to learn and apply new techniques. Capable of working independently and as part of a team. Physical ability to frequently stand, walk, and lift/move up to 50 to over 100 lbs. with assistance.
