Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Prepare food items according to established recipes and guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area. Handle cash and process transactions with basic math skills. Assist in stocking supplies and managing inventory levels. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. Requirements Previous experience in food service or a quick-service fast food restaurant is preferred. Familiarity with kitchen operations and food handling practices. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed. A passion for providing excellent customer service.
