As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while assisting with food preparation and maintaining food safety standards. Duties Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their orders. Prepare food items according to established recipes and food safety guidelines. Operate the Aloha POS system for order processing and transactions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and restaurant areas, including dining spaces and food preparation zones. Assist in inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations during peak hours. Adhere to all food safety regulations and practices to ensure the health and safety of our customers. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a café or restaurant setting. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and culinary practices is a plus. Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations is highly desirable.
