Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all requests are met. Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, maintaining quality and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms. Operate cash registers, process transactions, and handle cash accurately Adhere to food safety guidelines and company policies at all times. Skills Previous experience in a food service environment is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Familiarity with quick service fast food restaurant operations is a plus. Basic knowledge of retail math for handling transactions accurately. Ability to operate a cash register and manage cash transactions efficiently. Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards. A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
