What You’ll Do Paint residential and small commercial projects Lead a small team of painters on site Review job scope and coordinate materials and equipment Message the client the day before, and prep your crew Walk through the job with the client and set clear expectations Keep work on schedule and quality on point Send daily updates to the client and owner (what got done, any issues, what’s next) Ensure the job wraps up cleanly — walkthroughs, touchups, cleanup, payment Who You Are You’re the kind of person who: Takes pride in your work and wants to lead by example Is coachable, organized, and great with people Has a strong work ethic, good energy, and a high level of reliability Is long-term focused, values career growth, and wants to be part of a team Communicates clearly and solves problems proactively Painting experience is required.
