The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently serving food and beverages to customers while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent time management skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. A passion for the food industry and a commitment to food safety are essential. Duties Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately to customers. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables. Adhere to all food safety guidelines and regulations. Engage with customers to provide excellent service, including upselling menu items. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for order processing and payments. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages. Perform basic math calculations for order accuracy and handling cash transactions. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or quick service fast food environment is preferred. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential. Basic math skills for handling transactions and order calculations. Sales experience with an ability to upsell menu items effectively. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor towards customers. Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
