Job Description
Culinary Team Member Carter Plantation 23475 Carter Trace, Springfield, LA 70462 Pay is based on experience. Experience is a plus but not necessary. We are looking for full or part-time professional Line Cooks to prepare food to the chef’s specifications.
Line Cook duties will consist of assisting the executive and sous chef with their daily tasks. Cooks at Carter will work both catering events and the line at Carter Bar and Grill. We provide a fun atmosphere and flexible hours. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and acquisition goals. Candidates must work well with others and have the ability to work quickly and efficiently.
Line Cook Job Responsibilities:
- Setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
- Preparing food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
- Cooking menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
