Crew Member Duties:

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their orders
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
• Prepare and serve food items according to company standards
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms
• Assist with bussing tables and keeping the dining area clean and organized
• Follow food safety protocols to ensure the safety of customers and staff
• Upsell menu items and promote special offers to increase sales

Experience:

• Previous experience in food service or a similar role is preferred
• Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
