Key Responsibilities:

Prepare ingredients, mise en place, and cooking stations according to daily prep lists and recipes.
Cooking and Plating:
Cook food items to order, ensuring that each dish meets the restaurant’s standards for quality, presentation, and taste.
Maintain Cleanliness:
Ensure the kitchen and cooking area are kept clean and organized, including following food safety and sanitation standards (e.g., cleaning equipment, countertops, and utensils).
Follow Recipes and Portion Control:
Accurately follow recipes, ensuring consistency and portion control while adhering to food quality standards.
Stock and Inventory Management:
