Positions & Pay Rates:
Cashiers:
$10•$12 per hour
Cooks:
$12•$15 per hour
Shift Leads:
$15•$18 per hour Cashier Qualifications Friendly and professional attitude with strong customer service skills Basic math skills and ability to operate a POS system Ability to handle cash and give accurate change Must be punctual and dependable Able to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills Minimum age: 16 Previous cashier or customer service experience is a plus Cook Qualifications Experience working in a commercial kitchen (preferred but not required) Understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines Ability to follow recipes and portion control standards Can work under pressure during rush hours Must be organized, clean, and efficient Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods Willingness to learn and take direction from the Kitchen Manager Must be a team player Shift Lead Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in a food service or hospitality leadership role Strong leadership and decision-making skills Ability to manage and motivate team members during a shift Knowledge of restaurant opening, closing, and daily operations Basic understanding of inventory and supply tracking Must be dependable, punctual, and a great communicator Can resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
