Full Job Description Job Overview:

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Crew Members at Pokemoto. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth and development

Duties:

• Assist with food preparation
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns
• Follow all food service guidelines and safety protocols
• Perform cash handling duties, including taking customer orders and processing payments accurately
• Sanitize workstations and maintain cleanliness of dining areas
• Assist and maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment

Experience:

• Previous experience in the restaurant or food service industry is preferred but not required
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
