FOH Team Member Saus 1 Bow Market Way, Somerville, MA 02143 We’re Saus- a fast casual, counter service restaurant in Somerville.
Us:
Fast-casual restaurant with a vibe. We make everything on our menu from scratch. We’re the weird kids on the street. We can hustle our way through a rush, be team-oriented and respectful. We have a pay structure that is a little unusual- it’s created to get as much money in your pocket as possible. We start training at $16.00/hr (for those with little to no experience) but it’s easy to earn more, fast. Once you get through line training, you get a raise immediately. We do peer evaluations every 6 months with a raise. If you ask for a raise before your 6 months is up, we can sit down and do an eval early. We want our team to feel valued. We are especially seeking individuals with more experience who are seeking leadership roles. This role comes with higher pay. Open to negotiation!

Or hey, stay inside your comfort zone! Responsibilities Greet and assist customers with their orders, ensuring a positive dining experience. Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and cash handling. Prepare food items according to safety and sanitation standards. Maintain cleanliness of dining and kitchen areas, including bussing tables. Collaborate with team members to enhance service speed and quality.
