Full-Time or Part-Time Saturday availability is required This is not a Monday-Friday only position Multiple shift options available, including morning, lunch, and closing shifts

Paid Training General Team Expectations:

What You’ll Do:

Lead shifts, coach team members, and model excellent service Support daily operations with urgency and attention to detail Build emotional connections with guests Train new hires, run shift huddles, and ensure smooth open/close procedures Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor guidelines Foster a fun, caring, and high-performance team environment Count drawers and finalize day Complete daily setup sheets and plan for success Demonstrates urgency and willingness to correct all issues Complete daily and weekly checklists Manages labor laws specific to Minor laws and Employee breaks Manages and coaches CFA policies and procedures Manage daily labor cost to achieve a remarkable guest experience and labor %

Qualifications and Requirements:

Reliable transportation Ability to complete daily and weekly checklists to reach specific goals Strong people skills with a desire to serve Team Members Strong commitment to superior customer service Ability to manage Team Member behavioral and performance issues Ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager is not required but is preferred. Professional, strong work ethic, and a heart for service Cheerful, positive, and customer-focused attitude Strong interpersonal and communication skills Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively Works well independently and as part of a team Receptive to constructive feedback and growth-minded Willingness to learn, grow, and take initiative Available to work Saturdays; flexible scheduling offered (closed Sundays) Able to lift 5-50 lbs and stand for extended periods
